emBODY Love, Gentle Yoga
with Jeanne Korn
Jeanne’s offering of gentle yoga weaves a combination of moderate movement with restful and restorative asanas.
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is an approach which transforms traditional yoga poses into rejuvenating and healing postures through nurturing variations using props & blankets and is practiced at a slow pace. Jeanne’s classes incorporate self massage, deep breathing, and guided meditation to support healing and embodied surrender. These classes are appropriate for all levels, especially those who are recovering from illness or injury, folks who are new to yoga, and for all of us who need to bring balance back into our lives.

“Our bodies are vessels for spirit. My commitment is to support my students to release tension, replenish their natural life force and re-align with their true selves.”
— Jeanne Korn
