Catalina is a practitioner of Ancestral Medicine, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Artist, Certified Yoga Therapist, and devoted mother of three beautiful girls. She is passionate about empowering women and curates women’s circles and trainings around the world. She has been leading international wellness retreats for over a decade. Her mission is to inspire people to access their own divine wisdom by holding a space of unconditional love.
Gris Alves
Gris is a Mindfulness Teacher, Thanatologist, Earth Based Ceremonialist and Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, certified in Dr. Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry Therapy Process. Gris helps people compassionately remember their voice, heal and care for their bodies, cultivate and rekindle self-love and their inner magic so we can THRIVE as humans, and, as a result, help our planet and those around us flourish.

Your Women’s Retreat ticket includes 2 nights of accommodation, 2 meals per day, and all workshops and programming. Your ticket does not include transportation, spa treatments, or additonal food and beverages.

GETTING TO Monte Valle
We will offer a car pool service that will depart from Coronado at 12 PM on Thursday, April 4th. There will be a safe space to leave your car and room for you to join the group for the drive from San Diego to Baja, Mexico.
If you decide to drive on your own, you can input the location into your Maps and navigate your way to Monte Valle. Please note, you will need to cross the border which requires your car be registered to drive in Mexico.

Yes. Since Monte Valle is located in Mexico, you will need avali passport to reenter the United States. You do not require a travel visa to visit Mexico for this duration of a stay.
